At the conclusion of an Erika & Co. interior design project, we organize our client’s home. Often, as we are installing our new furniture and fixtures, we’re simultaneously loading the cabinets and making the home move in ready. Sometimes we take on the responsibility of stocking the property with all the necessary supplies to create a fully functioning home. We call these “turnkey items”, and over the years, have created a comprehensive list to make sure no detail is overlooked.

It’s not unusual for us to unpack and organize owners’ personal home goods, clothing and supplies. Giving clients a user-friendly, organized space is almost as important as making it beautiful. Early in the process, we work with Erika and Company clients to identify how each area of their mountain home will be used. During the planning stage, we discuss every drawer, closet, and corner to ensure we’re creating the perfect space.

When working with a remodel, we help home owners go through existing goods, narrow things down, and put it all back together with purpose. We fancy ourselves quite the little “Marie Kondos”. Obviously, our clients choose us based on their interior design vision. But, this perk has proven valuable to our clients and we LOVE the process.
